Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, the booking fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability at no additional cost if requested at least 15 days before the event.

3. Deliverables

Edited photographs will be delivered within 2-4 weeks via an online gallery. Cinematic films may take 4-6 weeks. Raw/unedited files are not provided. The final number of edited photos depends on the package selected.

4. Copyright & Usage

All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of MB Creation. Clients receive a personal usage license. Commercial use requires written permission. MB Creation retains the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

5. Liability

MB Creation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or venue restrictions that may limit photography coverage.

6. Travel & Accommodation

For destination weddings and out-of-city events, travel, accommodation, and meals for the photography team will be borne by the client in addition to the photography package fee.
